Classes

What to Expect

In our dance class, the exercises are explained in different ways. Rhythm, hearing the instructions, visual cues, and visualization help your mind and body work together. When you concentrate your mind, body and emotions, you can enjoy better movement control.

Did you know that studies show dance with music is a key combination stimulating both sides of the brain allowing easier movement? That's why we move to music!  At the same time, dance sequences will:

  • stretch and strengthen your muscles,
  • increase flexibility,
  • and work on your stamina.

Come join a class to see what it is all about!
