About Us

Welcome!

Our dance program is designed for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) or other neurological conditions. It is based on the Dance for PD®  model. Our classes focus on the issues that are faced every day - such as balance, gait and freezing.  We target these areas in our Classes with specialized Instructors.

Enjoy the social time after class, where we share stories and laughs, and of course have some treats!

Find out more about ongoing Research for Parkinson's. Benefit from our lending library of articles and more in Other Resources.

Connect with us on Facebook for new articles and keep up with the latest for Parkinson's Disease.

As part of Dancers with PD, it is rewarding working with this warm and welcoming group. It is an honour to share in the journey of Parkinson’s Disease with everyone at the class.

We look forward to seeing you!  Your caregiver is most welcome too.
